Substantial skill in tunable single-longitudinal-model laser, Q-switch Laser, multi-pass amplification (MA), and regenerative amplification (RA)
Widely experienced in modeling and engineering a laser propagation, amplification, beam quality control, and spectral shaping of a chirped pulse, with high power and high energy
Well trained in designing new diagnostic instruments, such as: a single-shot pulse diagnostic for the signal-to-noise ratio of an ultra-intense laser running in the Peta-Watt class, and a high-dynamic-range single-shot cross-correlator (FROG, SPIDER, )
