modeling and developing a controller for Polio virus production with Vero cell cultures.
2) Achieved a physiology/metabolism based mathematical model and a novel control strategy for bioprocess in the framework of FDA's initiative of Process Analytical Technology, funded by DYSCO VI, Belgian Science Policy Office:
capable of predicting mammalian cell cultures (CHO, Hybridoma, etc); 
the MAb productivities increased >150% with the optimal strategy. 
3) Accomplished a collaboration project with Eurogentec S.A., Belgium:
process development and optimization of mini-antibody production by Pichia pastoris.
