主要职责：
1. 全面负责领导力学院的管理工作，组建学院专业团队、制定学院工作计划，并确保学院工作目标的达成；Fully responsible for the management of the Leadership Colleague, build a professional team, make work plan, and ensure the achievement of colleague target;

2. 深入了解人才队伍特点和发展需求，制定相关人才队伍的人才发展路径图；Deeply understand the corporate talent development requirement and formulate talent development path for executive management group; 

3. 根据大学统一标准，负责本院的专业导师的选拔、培养、认证、考核管理，形成丰富的内外师资库；Responsible for tutor and lecturers’ selection, training, certification and assessment according to BOE EDU’s regulations, finally forming a faculty lecturer pool with rich inside and outside sources;

4. 设计学习产品和精品项目，并形成有京东方特色的学习资源体系及标准化培养机制；
Design high-quality learning programs and products, set up a learning resources system and mechanism and with BOE characteristic;

5. 根据集团内外部客户需求，提供相应的培训解决方案和相关顾问咨询服务；

6. Provide training solutions and related consulting services according to requirement from internal and external customer;

7. 通过创新机制和互动机制的建立，将学院建成京东方智慧资产沉淀和提炼的平台；Make the college as platform to accumulate and refined of BOE’s wisdom assets, by establishing an innovation and interaction mechanism;

8. 做好本学院专业团队的能力建设和考核管理等相关工作。Capacity building and performance management for the colleague.

任职资格：
1、全日制硕士以上学历，博士学历优先，45岁以下优先；
Full-time master's degree, doctoral degree preferred, under 45 Y/O. preferred；
2、 是所辖学院的业务专家，或相关咨询培训公司、企业大学相关岗位工作经验8年以上；
Being expert in leadership development field, with more than 8 years consulting or corporate university related experience;
3、 有丰富的相关学院专业领域理论知识及实操经验，有良好支持业务工作的人脉资源；沟通协调能力强；热爱人才发展与培训工作；
Profound theoretical knowledge and rich experience, good professional network, excellent communication and coordination skill, passionate in talent cultivation and development;
4、 学习力强，富有创业激情和创新精神；具备激励团队，培养下属的领导能力；
A quick learner with entrepreneurial passion; strong innovation skill with great leadership skills at motivating and training subordinates;
5、 富有敬业精神，具备良好的职业道德操守。
Has good professional dedication and ethics.
