工作职责:
1. 根据培训需求设计培训项目,组织培训课程和学习内容开发;Design training programs according to training needs, lead the development of training programs and content;
2. 分析培训项目评估数据,并优化完善培训项目;
Analyze training evaluation data and optimize the training programs;
3. 参与或协助院长完善本院的培训体系,组织内训讲师培训、开展师资认证;Participate in or assist the dean of the college to improve the training system, organize instructors’ training and certification;
4. 本专业领域的相关科研和人才培养研究工作。
Conduct research and talent development in the focus field.
任职资格:
1. 硕士及以上学历,博士优先,5年以上工作经验;Master degree or above, doctoral degree preferred, 5 years working experience or above;
2. 从事过所在学院的专业工作,熟悉本学院相关专业的知识领域;Has been engaged in the professional work of the specialized institute, familiar with the relevant professional knowledge of the field;
3. 有课程开发,培训项目运营管理等相关培训工作经验2年以上优先;Experience in curriculum development, training programs and operations management, etc. at least 2 years related experience required;
4. 正直诚信,沟通良好,能快速融入团队,对人才发展工作和教育工作有热情;Honesty and integrity, good communication skill, able to integrate into the team quickly, has enthusiasm in talents development and education;
5. 学习能力强,有事业心,具备创业激情和创新精神;Has strong learning capability, dedication, entrepreneurial passion and innovative spirit;
6. 各学院相关专业是指:市场营销、供应链、职业能力、领导力发展、管理咨询、情商培训、物联网技术、互联网技术、IT行业、传感器技术、显示技术、服务机器人、工业自动化(机器人)、智能制造、精益管理、健康医疗、家庭保健等相关专业。Specialized fields in each college includes: marketing, supply chain, professional ability, leadership development, management consulting, EQ training, networking technology, Internet technology, IT industry, sensor technology, display technology, service robot, industrial automation (robot), intelligent manufacturing, lean management, health care, family health, and other related professional. |
