药物化学生物学国家重点实验室(南开大学)是生物、医学、化学与药学等多学科交叉的科研单位。实验室目前主要研究方向有：1、疾病机制和新药靶标；2、药物设计、合成与筛选；3、生物分析与药物传输。实验室拥有超过2万平方米的实验大楼，设备齐全的多种平台，优良的科研环境和实力强大的科研团队。

药物化学生物学国家重点实验室注重科研梯队的建设，逐步形成一支年龄结构、学科结构搭配科学，研究、实验技术和管理人员配备合理，高、中、低层次设置有序的、充满活力的科学研究梯队。现有科研和技术人员67人，包括国家千人计划 7人，教育部长江学者10人，国家杰出青年12人，教育部新世纪优秀人才 10人，国家973 首席科学家 6人，国家青千2人，天津市千人1人，天津市青千3人，南开大学百名青年学科带头人5人。

一、招聘条件
（1）在心血管疾病、肿瘤、纳米材料、质谱分析和生物分析等相关领域已获得博士学位，通常应已完成博士后训练，科学训练背景良好，有优秀的科研发表记录。
（2）候选人年龄不超过35周岁。

Faculty positions available at the State Key Laboratory of Medicinal Chemical Biology (Nankai University)
The State Key Laboratory of Medicinal Chemical Biology (SKLMCB, Nankai University, Tianjin, China), is a multi-disciplinary research institute. Current research directions include: 1. Molecular mechanisms of disease conditions; 2. Structure-based drug design; 3. Drug delivery and bioimaging. The laboratory building of SKLMCB is more than 20000 square meters. We already have 10 basic research platforms, excellent scientific research environment and powerful scientific research team.

We have full-time researchers including 7 members of “The Recruitment Program of Global Experts”，10 members of “Changjiang Scholars Program of China”， 6 chief scientists of 973 program, 12 winners of “National Science Foundation for Distinguished Young Scholars”，10 members of “Program for New Century Excellent Talents in University of Ministry of Education of China”. 

Qualifications: 
An ideal applicant should have obtained a PhD in biomedicine, chemistry, or a related discipline, and trained in any of the following filed: cardiovascular diseases, cancer, nano-materials, mass spectrometry, or bioanalysis. The applicant is expected to have recently completed postdoctoral training with outstanding publication record. The applicant should also be under 35 years of age.
