Key responsibilities:
1.	Lead a team responsible for development, validation, and implementation of immunoassays in support of pre-clinical and clinical studies under GLP and non-GLP compliance.
2.	Develop and validate immunoassays and cell-based assays to detect biologics, neutralizing antibodies and anti-drug antibodies independently.
3.	Interact with clients in planning new projects and test procedures. Supervise laboratory staff. Draft study proposals and quotations in response to client requests.
4.	Lead team to design, develop, and validate the immunoassays, including ELISA, MSD, Luminex, immunogenicity assay, etc.
5.	Lead team to analyze large molecule samples from preclinical or clinical studies using immunoassays. Troubleshoot and provide ongoing advice to team members as needed. Draft study reports, including assay development report, validation report sample analysis report, etc.
6.	Participate in client visits and present Company’s capabilities in above-mentioned areas as needed. Maintain close and effective communications with clients and report study progress in a timely manner.
7.	Work as a general lab manager for large molecule BA lab.

Requirements:
1.	PhD with several years experience in relevant industrial experience.
2.	Solid knowledge and skills in Immunology, Biochemistry, Biology, Immunoassays, ELISA, ECL, MSD.
3.	Hands-on experience on immunoassay development, validation, and sample analysis.
4.	Skilled executive with extensive experience in leading small and large molecules bioanalysis laboratories is a must for Ex. Director level and above
5.	Proven ability to motivate, mentor and work efficiently, as well as with persons from other cultures, as in cross-functional and self-directed work teams 
6.	Good communications skills in English
