Key accountabilities:
1.	Perform data analysis on next generation sequencing (NGS) and microarray data. 
2.	Interact with our clients and provide bioinformatics support.  
3.	Evaluate and implement open source/third party bioinformatics solutions.
4.	Develop scripts (perl or python) for NGS analysis pipeline.

Requirements:
1.	Ph.D. in bioinformatics, computational biology, statistics or related fields with a minimum of 3 year hands-on experience in sequencing bioinformatics
2.	Working knowledge in drug development and pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred.
3.	Experienced in WGS, RNASeq analysis; understanding CNV and genetic analysis.
4.	Familiar with molecular biology and molecule pathway.
5.	In-depth knowledge in existing NGS data analysis technology, tools and databases, familiar with statistics and genetics analysis.   
6.	Proficient in perl/python and R.
7.	Previous project and operation management and experience is highly preferred
8.	Excellent in communication skills in both English and Chinese.
9.	Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
