KEY ACCOUNTIBILITIES:
1.	Performs antibody engineering tasks including antibody library construction, affinity maturation, humanization, germlining, and Fc-engineering.
2.	Performs molecular cloning tasks including PCR amplification, restriction cloning, bacterial culture, and sequence analysis.
3.	Operates and maintains equipment and instruments.
4.	Analyzes, interprets, summarizes, compiles data and presents internally.
5.	Keeps appropriate experimental records and documentation.
6.	Other responsibilities may be added at the company's discretion.

REQUIREMENTS:
1.	PhD in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology or a related discipline.
2.	Hands-on experience in antibody engineering and antibody library construction
3.	Strong skills in molecular biology, biochemical, and immunochemical techniques (restriction cloning, SDS-PAGE, ELISA, western blot) are highly desirable.
4.	Thorough understanding of antibody structure/function and antibody engineering concepts.
5.	High degree of motivation and strong communication skills required.
