一、远大科技园简介
The Introduction ofYuanda Science and Technology Park
远大科技园在国家大力倡导企业主辅分离、打造生产性服务业的大背景下由沈阳市政府与沈阳远大企业集团共同投资建设,于2013年10月17日正式成立。园区位于国家级经济技术开发区--沈阳经济技术开发区,占地面积10.4万平方米,总建筑面积3.2万平方米,主体建筑包括研发科技楼、科技创新产业孵化楼、实验中心、多功能科技互动展厅等。
On October 17, 2013, Yuanda Science and Technology Park was formally established under the background of the country that advocates Separation Assistant Industry from the main,industry and builds producer services.The park is located in the National Economic and Technological Development Zone -- Shenyang Economic and Technological Development Zone, covers an area of 104,000 square meters, a total construction area of 32000 square meters, where the main building includes the main R&D building, incubator building for the innovation of science and technology industry, experimental center, multifunctionalinteractive exhibition hall of science and technology.

Yuanda is the largest R&D base and innovation base in the northeast of China, combining R&D, incubation, training, consulting,investment, survey, and business in onemultifunctional high-tech park. Yuanda takes the lead in carrying out the business model of the separation of technical research and industry operation, based on the development strategy of “global vision, national strategy, and talent personnel support, innovation-driven”. 知识私有化
Privatization of knowledge
远大科技园倡导“尊重知识,鼓励创新,善用人才,崇尚变革”。科研人员是知识的持有者、创造者、使用者,更应是知识的受益者。尊重知识私有化,极大的激发了科研人员的创造热情,使科研人员的智慧最大限度的得以发挥。
Yuanda Science and Technology Park advocates “respecting knowledge, encouraging innovation, making good use of talent, upholding reform” Researchers are holders, creators and usersof knowledge, more should be the beneficiaries of knowledge. Yuanda respects the privatization of knowledge, so that researchers exert the maximum wisdom of innovation.

Achievement commercialization:
通过成果转让制实现技术与知识产权的商品化。科研人才创造的产品就是科研成果,所有科研成果在企业内、外部进行技术转让。通过对经济性、市场需求、市场技术推广、标准、标准化、专利等方面进行评估,确定成果价值和价格。
Through the results of implementation technology and the commercialization of intellectual property rights transfer system. 远大科技园按照“科研产品生命周期内,享有终生受益”的思路建立分配机制,即科研人员的收入与科研成果挂钩,个人可以在产品生命周期内终生受益。

远大科技园通过技术入股、股权激励等方式实现员工持股,形成科研人员与企业同命运,共发展的态势。通过新思想、新技术提升远大的核心竞争力。科研人员通过项目的成果交易取得最高65%的利益分配,既有成果交易收入,也有转为股权形式的远期股份收益。
Yuanda Science and Technology Park through technical contribution, equity incentive methods such as employee shareholding, enterprise with fate, a total of development.Through new ideas, new technology promoting great competitiveness. Researchers take part in the construction of the enterprise, in the form of technology investment to researchersallocation equity incentive R&D staff with enterprise common development, the findings of scientific research personnel through the project achieved 50%                                                                 of the profit distribution, both results trading income, also have to equity in the form of long-term equity returns.

远大科技园自下而上的通过对目标市场调研分析,项目前期规划设计,项目成本估算合计,召集人才组建团队,采取有项目即可组建团队的创新激励机制,抛开层级关系,使每位科研人员都有机会成为科研项目的主体,为科研人员提供发展空间与展示平台。
Yuanda Science and Technology Park through the research and analysis on target market, planning and design on the early stage of project and the estimation of project cost from top to bottom to convene talents and form a team, and adopt innovation incentive mechanism that having a project can build a project team, casting aside hierarchical relationship, so that each person can has the opportunity to become the main part of scientific research project, providing researchers with developmentspace.

He identifiedYuanda’s idea of invigorating the country with science and technology and stock-based incentive mechanism and identified with its innovation of system and mechanism and efforts to encourage creativity and innovation, to create wealth for the society.
